What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your properties aren't deleted — they're locked until you resubscribe.
Is my data secure?
Yes. With row-level security, all connections are encrypted via HTTPS, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
Can I use One Guest Guide for multiple properties?
Yes. On the free plan you get one property. On paid plans, each additional property is $9/month (or $6.30/month yearly). There's no limit to how many properties you can add.
